Calibration Gas & Liquid Mixtures

We handle over 100 different types of gases and liquid chemicals to produce 5000 varieties of Gas / Liquid mixtures to serve the ever increasing need of Industries and Institutions.

The gas mixtures are made to any concentration within the permissible limits of Physics and Chemistry. This is non-explosive, non-reactive, stable mixture of gases in wide range of packaging. All Specialty Gases are custom-mixed and analyzed, and then properly labeled in facilities.

Bhuruka has dedicated production facilities and accredited analytical laboratories.

Gravimetric filling uses ultra-high precision balances ( Mass Comparators)which are calibrated periodically with weights traceable to national or international metrological standards. This ensures that the expected tolerance requirements are always fulfilled.

Our Laboratory is equipped with Sophisticated Equipments like gas Chromatographs and other analyzers with wide range of detectors and chromatographic columns to handle % to ppb level mixtures using Accurate Standards.


NIST Traceable Standards

Bhuruka Gases offers several calibration gas standards for automotive industries to meet the accuracy level.
Calibration of instruments is done by NABL accredited labs.

Our production facility conforms to a strict set of quality-assurance measures and standard operating procedures. Our lab has been certified and documented to be compliant with ISO/ IEC 17025 requirements.

We procure the Primary reference materials directly from NIST having an accuracy of 0.2%.


Inert Agent Systems

Bhuruka is the manufactures of the full range of extinguishing agents for many Fire &Security companies. We have a state of art facility.

The facility includes safe handling of 80 lts and 140 lts water capacity cylinders, with sophisticated internal cleaning process. We have State of art Laboratory to analyze and verify the filled composition and also purity of gases filled. Our facility also include water bath for leak checking after the filling process.

The extinguishing agents contain:
  • (IG-541) 52% Nitrogen + 40% Argon + 8% CO2
  • (IG-55) 50% Argon and 50% Nitrogen
  • (IG-100) Nitrogen
  • (IG-01) Argon

Regulators

Use of the proper gas regulator for reducing pressure of gases contained in high-pressure gas cylinders is critical. Using the wrong gas regulator can result in compromising gas purity or accuracy, premature equipment failure, or even personal injury. Bhuruka helps to select the right gas regulator to the specialty gas you use. Simply specify the type of specialty gas you are using and Bhuruka will recommend the appropriate gas regulator(s) for your application.

Carbon Steel Cylinders

The gas industry heavily depends on cylinders to store and transport gases. Because the cylinders are packed with gases under high pressure, they can be volatile. So they must be tough enough to withstand rough handling during transportation to prevent accidents.

Bhuruka supplies high quality high-pressure gas cylinders ranging from 1 ltr water capacity to 140 ltrs water capacity– for oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, helium, air etc Cylinders for the domestic market are produced as per IS-7285, certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (ISI) and approved by the Chief Controller of Explosives, Government of India.

Aluminum Cylinders

Aluminum cylinders are the best choice for specialty / Calibration gases (depends on compatibility) because it maintain the gas purity for corrosive gas mixtures. The cylinders are light and consistent in weight, non-magnetic, corrosion free and are available in wide range of sizes 0.45 lts to 50 lts capacities.
